Description
Smoked Paprika comes from a dried ground red pepper (Capsicum Annum), a mild sweet variety, slowly sun-dried to retain all their natural goodness, then smoked in Mercia, Spain, using the peeled skins from the paprika pods to give a rich smoky aromatic powder. Used extensively throughout the cuisines of the world for their earthy rich flavour and deep colour as a main ingredient, or just as a sprinkle to add colour to a dish.
Ingredients: Dried Paprika, Smoked, Ground and Heat Treated. Rosemary Extract (E392) is added in small quantities as antioxidant.
